Information we use
When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you provide. The form also sends your selected language so we can display the appropriate response. Providing these details is voluntary, but we need the required fields to process your inquiry. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
We use your inquiry details to respond, discuss requested services, and manage related correspondence. Technical request information, including an IP address, may be processed to operate the website and prevent abuse. The contact form’s rate limiter uses hashed email and IP identifiers with expiring counters when enabled.
Browser preferences
The website saves your chosen language and light or dark theme in your browser’s local storage. You can remove these preferences through your browser settings. The current website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Service providers
Contact messages are delivered using Resend. Upstash supports contact-form abuse prevention when configured. Hosting and email providers also process information needed to operate the site and handle correspondence. These providers may process information outside Saudi Arabia, depending on their service locations and configuration. We do not sell your personal information.
Keeping your information
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond, manage the related service relationship, and meet applicable legal obligations. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, it should be deleted. Browser preferences remain on your device until you change or clear them; rate-limit counters expire automatically.
Your choices and rights
You can contact us to request access to or a copy of your personal data, correction of inaccurate details, or deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements. Where processing relies on consent, you can ask to withdraw it. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request.
You may also raise a personal-data complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority through its National Data Governance Platform.
