Wqoodi is a vehicle management SaaS built for drivers in Saudi Arabia. It gives vehicle owners one simple place to keep track of fuel usage, running expenses, maintenance, and important vehicle records.
Instead of relying on spreadsheets, paper receipts, or scattered notes, Wqoodi keeps everything organized under each vehicle, making it easier to understand vehicle costs and maintain a reliable history over time.
The platform supports multiple vehicles, allowing users to switch between vehicles while keeping their fuel, expenses, and maintenance history separate.

OdoSensor
OdoSensor is the next stage of the Wqoodi product roadmap. It is being developed as a device-based solution to automate fuel fill-up and fuel-consumption tracking.
The planned integration will allow automatic capture of fill-ups and consumption information and synchronize the data directly with Wqoodi.
Delivery
Wqoodi was delivered as a modern web-based SaaS application focused on simplicity, accessibility, and everyday usability.
The platform provides a responsive experience that works across supported browsers and devices, with support for both English and Arabic, including right-to-left layouts. Users can also choose between light and dark appearance modes.
The product was built with Next.js, providing a scalable foundation for the SaaS platform and its future features.
Wqoodi is currently available with manual vehicle, fuel, expense, and maintenance tracking, while the OdoSensor automation layer is being developed as the next phase of the product.
